About these terms
These website terms concern browsing the Velum Agency site and submitting an application. They do not replace a separately signed management or representation agreement.
Age and eligibility
The website and application process are intended only for adults aged 18 or older. You must also have legal capacity to enter any agreement that you later sign. The entrance confirmation and application checkbox are self-declarations. Further identity or age checks may be required during onboarding; this website does not collect identity documents.
Applications and representation
Submit accurate information about yourself and profiles you are authorized to share. Applying does not create a client, employment, agency, or representation relationship and does not guarantee acceptance, a response, income, audience growth, bookings, or other results. Services, fees, commissions, account access, content permissions, and termination must be addressed in a separate written agreement before work begins. No application fee or payment is collected through this website.
Permitted use
You may use the website to learn about Velum and make a genuine inquiry or application. Do not impersonate someone, submit information you are not authorized to share, introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use automated requests to disrupt it. Do not submit unlawful material or use the site to exploit or harm anyone.
Website content and your submissions
Velum and its licensors retain their rights in the website’s original branding, text, artwork, and code. You may view the site for its intended purpose. Any other use requires permission where applicable law requires it. You retain your rights in information and content you submit. Submitting an application permits Velum to receive and review the supplied information and linked profiles and contact you about your application; it does not transfer ownership of your content or grant a license to publish it.
Privacy and third-party services
The Privacy Policy explains the website’s handling of personal information. Links to Instagram or other external services take you to platforms with their own terms and privacy practices. Those services are not operated by Velum. Third-party platform rules also continue to apply to any accounts you maintain there.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions, errors, or changes can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational content are provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for every purpose.
